Club Competition Calendar & Registration Process

The Toronto Hawks Soccer Club operates two seasonal programs annually:

  • Summer Season: Runs from June 1st to the end of August.
  • Fall-Winter Season: Runs from October 1st to the end of April/May.

    Registration Details:

  • Outdoor registration opens in early February, and
  • Indoor registration begins in early September each year.
  • A notification is sent to all returning players via Demosphere with instructions to complete registration.
    Club Registration Fees:
  • Fees vary based on the number of sessions per week and the field location.
  • Players can choose between 1 to 4 sessions per week.
    Payment Methods:
  • Online Payment: Accepts valid credit cards, with a 3-4% processing fee (charged by the payment system, not the club).
  • Cash Payment (via e-transfer): Includes a $3 additional fee per transaction.
  • Note: Toronto Hawks Soccer Club does not impose any of these charges. All payment processing fees are determined by the payment system provider.

    Registration Inclusions (Important):

  • Full set of uniform (jersey, shorts, socks, and a soccer ball).
  • Players can register for 11, 21, 31, or 41 sessions.
  • Each team has a fixed number of players and is assigned a dedicated coach for the entire season.
  • Players aged 7 and older will undergo an evaluation in the first three sessions to ensure balanced team formation.
  • Teams practice together and compete against each other throughout the season.
  • The season concludes with an exciting final tournament and awards ceremony where players compete for the championship title.
  • Every player receives a medal and a participation trophy regardless of ranking.
  • A celebratory event is hosted with pizza (halal options available) and drinks for all participants.
  • All players are covered by insurance provided by the club.

  • Online Registration & Payment Policies

Players must complete the online registration before participating in any club activities.

Registration fees are non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

The club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Player Policies

Players must adhere to the club's code of conduct and show respect for coaches, teammates, and referees.

Players who miss multiple sessions without prior notice may have their spot reassigned without refund.

Uniforms must be worn at all practices and games.

Players must arrive on time and be ready to play at least 10 minutes before the start of the session.

  • Bullying, Offensive, & Abusive Language Policy

Toronto Hawks Soccer Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, offensive, or abusive language. This includes:

Verbal or physical aggression towards teammates, opponents, referees, or coaches.

Discrimination or harassment of any kind.

Inappropriate behavior that disrupts the game or training environment.

Violations may result in suspension or removal from the program.

  •  Field Assignments & Safety Regulations

All fields used by the club are officially permitted by the city and inspected for safety.

Our Field Manager ensures that all locations are set up with the latest and modern equipment.

Players and parents must respect field property and comply with city regulations.

  • SafeKids Program

Coaches and staff undergo background checks and child safety training.

Strict protocols are in place to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.

  •  Non-Discrimination & Anti-Harassment Policy

The Toronto Hawks Soccer Club is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all players, regardless of:

Race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or ability.

Socioeconomic background.

Any violation of this policy will be addressed immediately, ensuring a safe and respectful community.

  • Waiver & Liability Agreement

By registering, players and parents acknowledge and agree to:

Assume all risks associated with participation in soccer.

Release the club and its organizers from liability for injuries or damages.

Adhere to all club policies and regulations.

  • Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds are subject to an $85 administration fee for requests made before May 1st, 2024.

No refunds will be issued after May 1st, 2025.
